 Roast Cheshire  Turkey served with Chipolatas, Stuffing and a Rich Roast Jus -  GF

 

Filo Pastry Basket filled with Mushrooms & Asparagus in a White Wine Cream Sauce - V

 

Braised Beef, Pork & Sage Ragu in a Rich Ale Jus topped with Puff Pastry Crust

 

Fillet of Salmon glazed with a Tomato & Watercress Sauce – GF

 

All the mains above are accompanied with Golden Roast Potatoes & Fresh Seasonal Vegetables
