Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic breakfast chef to join our friendly team who will be guided and taught by our resident chef at this beautiful Victorian House Hotel.

Salary - Competitive also based on experience

The role is:-

  •       To prepare breakfast
  •       Assist with preparation for functions and banquette service (when required)
  •       Ensure dishes and recipes are adhered to, ensuring that quality and consistency is maintained.
  •       Ensure stock is maintained, rotated and ordered
  •       Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to maintaining our 5 star rating, and in compliance with legal requirements under the H&S ACT 1974 Food Hygiene

Experience in a similar position is essential

  • Immediate start available
  • Uniform provided

This role is part time – 20 hours basic with additional hours available

  • Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns will include mornings, some evenings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays
  • You will be expected to work alternative weeks (Monday to Friday one week and then Wednesday to Sunday)
