Updated March 2020

Message from our Director - Andrew Bourne

Following the latest announcements from the UK Government, and the recommendations for everyone to maintain safe distances to keep well, we have taken the decision to temporarily close The Alexandra Court Hotel. I write this in sadness's, however it is absolutely the right step to take as we all play our part in trying to overcome this.

We will continue to respond to all email enquiries, online bookings or amendments.

For all enquiries relating to current bookings or amendments, please email: reception@thealexandracourthotel.com

For all other enquiries regarding rescheduling of functions, weddings and external wedding bookings, please email: LisaSmith@thealexandracourthotel.com

Finally, thank you for your unwavering support. It is our aim to re-open as soon as it is practical and safe to do so, and at that stage we very much look forward to welcome you back to The Alexandra Court Hotel.

With warmest wishes, Andrew Bourne

Practising good hand hygiene and sneeze/cough hygiene is the best defence against most viruses.

  • Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • Putting used tissues in the bin immediately
  • Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitiser gel
  • Avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean
  • wash your hands frequently with soap and water and dry them well, before and after eating and after going to the toilet
  • avoid contact with others (touching, kissing, hugging and other intimate contact)

If you do feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff immediately – maintaining a safe distance of two meters where possible.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
